Meet Mac!
The basics: He is a 6-year-old Boxer mix who is neutered and fully vetted. He is a sweet boy who loves to play with squeaky toys. He was heartworm positive but just received treatment.
His past: Mac came in as a stray in early July and has been at LCHS for over 160 days. He was extremely skinny when he came in and was heartworm positive. We’ve treated him for heartworms since then and he’s at a healthy weight now. He just wants to find someone to spend his golden days with.
His personality: Mac is a puppy at heart! He loves to play with toys (squeaky ones are his favorite). He also loves to run around the play yards. He would prefer to be the only dog in a home but has done well with only female dogs. A meet and greet with this sweet boy would be a must.
