Feel Good Friday: Celebrity Pooches

Happy Friday! Today we are profiling some very lucky shelter pups that were adopted recently!

Adopting a shelter pet is the best in our book. These celebrities think so, too!

Stockard Channing (yeah, you know her from Grease) found the “one” she wanted this past week at Gimme Shelter Animal Rescue in New York. Her senior pit mix had recently passed away, and she was ready for love again. Kony (now named Benny) found himself on the kill list at a shelter in North Carolina before these amazing ladies stepped in. Stockard says, “He is a darling. Such a great dog.” What a lucky fella!

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and his beautiful wife  Gisele Bündchen also added a new addition to their family this week. Wags and Walks Rescue in Los Angeles reports the couple loves their new fluffy child and he is settling in nicely.
“The kids are over the moon with our new family member. Fluffy is pure joy,”  Gisele posted. “Thank you @wagsandwalks for all you do and for letting us rescue this little angel.”
