What did you do last weekend? Well……Pet Treater went to FIDO FEST 2019 in Knoxville, Tennessee.
As many of you may know we are an East Tennessee company out of Johnson City, and we are honored to serve our community and LOVE meeting our local doggies whenever WE CAN!

What is Fido Fest?
It’s a CELEBRATION for our furry pets—a festival for sweet dogs! This is the third year running, and rain or shine, they make it work. This year’s festivities were hosted by Pinnacle at Turkey Creek and Young Williams Animal Center and Pet Treater was honored to be there.
What did we find there?
Just a little bit of everything, including some of the cutest dogs and puppies I have seen in ages! So fortunate that people braved the weather to let us share time with their pets and family!
Fido Fest featured:

- a wide array of dog-related activities, including a caricature artist &
- Young Williams’ Microchipping Shuttle &
- Puppy Splash Zone
- Custom T-Shirts
- a pet Hydration Station from friends at First Utility

- Tapestry @ Turkey Creek Brand New Luxury Apartments
- Faith Promise Church
- and many other pet enthusiast organizations and companies sharing their products and time with sweet dogs!
Wheel of success—OH YES…..we got those tails a’wagging!
Oh yes we did….thank goodness we had my family there to help, Vantha and I needed all the help we could get when the wheel to win treats and prizes started up! Our booth got crazy busy many times—even with the rain! Our table was packed full of yummy goodness and our wheel with prizes a’plenty, just kept on spinning! We were so excited to meet all those wonderful pet parents and give away some pawesome treats for their fur baby–thanks for spinning the wheel with us!
Thankful for all the “photo opps” and licks and tail wags too of course!
This sweet dog was a rescue dog and seriously BEYOND loving and precious!!!
Why do we do these events?
Because they are super FUN and we get to meet wonderful pet parents and play with all your pets. We are thankful to all the people who helped make this event such a success from the vendors that participated to the awesome people at Pinnacle at Turkey Creek and Young Williams Animal Center and EVERYONE that helped set up and take down, etc. Above all else, we thank all of those that enjoy Pet Treater to spoil their cats and dogs—without you we could not do what we do!
Free Stuff to our Fido Fest Fans?
As always, we look to give fur-tastic prizes away and Fido Fest 2019 gave us a “golden retriever” of an opportunity to do just that! Many, many entries were made for our free Deluxe Dog Boxes and Dog Packs and we gave several away–thanks to those for texting us @ 88108 Keep an eye out for Pet Treater giveaways, you never know when we are going to do one!

We are looking forward to attending more events in the upcoming year and we will keep you posted on those. Pet Treater is a nation-wide company and that in itself is pawsmazing….but we just love our time in Tennessee and love getting to know those close to where we are! We do all this for your sweet pets and for you—thanks for joining us out there! We will be back next year FIDO FEST!
